Has anyone used FlowerSmithMarket for ordering flowers in Japan?

I am planning on ordering bulk flowers as a gift, and found this site:

but I’m not sure if it’s legit. As I can’t find many reviews or feedback.

It’s pretty pricey to buy flowers in most Tokyo shops, especially around December.
