Ok, I order a million things from amazon. I have it in the delivery instructions to leave it outside my building if I'm not home, in Japanese, of course.
Never an issue. If I'm not home, it's outside when I get back.
Recently, THE SAME FUCKIN GUY, has refused to leave my packages outside. He literally won't deliver it unless I'm home
He also comes at random times, sometimes as early as 7:45am, or as late as 11PM, so I'm not going to sit at home for 15 hours waiting for him.
And yes, it's the same guy. I have photos on my intercom. One package was actually returned to the seller because he literally would not drop it off.
Amazon is "looking into it" but I'm starting to get seriously pissed off. What is the meaning of this? Has anyone else ever encountered an issue like this before? I feel like it's purposeful racism or something.
