If you’re white, have restaurants suddenly started asking you to leave google reviews??

I find it very bizarre that all of a sudden, starting last month, about 50% of the time I eat out I get asked to leave a google review, often for a free (crappy) drink or something.

this NEVER happened to me before, maybe like twice in the nearly 8 years I’ve been here. But now it’s constant
