Application: Do I Need to List a College I Never Got Credits From?

I'll do my best to keep this brief and not doxx myself.

Straight out of High school, year 1, I had a certain career in mind and got accepted into a state college. I didn't get the major I wanted but I THOUGHT I had been told "yes, you can change your major later". A month before classes start, find out oops, no you cant. I withdraw from the college before classes even start, and decide i will apply next year and hopefully get me major secured this time.

I do so in year 2, and get my major. Huzzah. However: I was in a very bad place mentally. Start classes, within 2 months im a total wreck, and have to organize an emergency withdrawal for mental health reasons.

Years later, went to community college, went to a different college for different major, and im much better now.

So, since I did attend that first college BUT only lasted 2 months, and never gained/used/transferred any credits from it… am I still required to report it and include its transcript in my JET Application?

Nothing of value happened for me at that college, and its an unpleasant footnote I dont like to admit to or revisit. But im not sure if the JET Application is so strict that not reporting it would be disqualifying?
