Hello everyone! I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with Kyoto Pastry & Bakery Art College — Taiwa Gakuen (京都製菓製パン技術専門学校).

Some info about me: I’m 27(F) and I have a BA in History and Ethnology. I studied in Japan for one year (2023–2024) and I hold the JLPT N3.

I would like to ask a few questions:

  1. Would you recommend this school?

  2. Can you work abroad, such as in Europe, with this diploma? (The school website says you can, but is there any catch I should know about?)

  3. Have any of you had experience working in this field in Japan?
