So basically, my full name, take it as "SEVENONE" surname and "NINE" as my first name.
The application website only accepted 9 letters of my name and it auto filled in as "SEVENONE N" even when i tried to key in the full name, it couldn't move onto the next page. So eventually I had to key in "SEVENONE N" and not "SEVENONE NINE" But everything was verified and cc application got approved!
Now, fast forward to today, the JP POST collection paper only had "SEVENONE N" written on it and my zairyu card has "SEVENONE NINE" and the person at the counter didn't let me take my card even after I explained to her that it's the system that is like that.
What to do? Should I schedule for home delivery?? Should i call the company for a new paper with my full name? Anyone ever experience this before???? Help!!!
