Revolut Metal – Anybody home?

I've had a very insignificant amount of money locked in an account, but I pay for Metal. For the last few months – I usually use it for one-time purchases and sending money abroad to take care of my various international properties. My account got locked, and they refused my Japanese police issued drivers license.

All I can get is canned responses, and agents who have no knowledge of Japanese law, nor Revolut's legal obligations operating in Japan. Does anyone have a number to anybody competent at their Japanese office before I go nuclear with a small claims court litigation (and not the easy 24 hour one – I want to drag it out to torture them). I live near the Tokyo Court House, and have sued numerous times. I think it'd be fun to drag a white incompetent executive before a small claims court (where they can't have a lawyer represent them).

Post litigation – I intend on using my FSA connections to limit / reduce / sunset certain activities they are doing. I have contacted Consumer Affairs Japan, and they will be starting an investigation shortly. It's becoming clear Revolut may not be ready for Japan – especially with a lack of competent Japanese speaking staff.
