Help finding a clinic in Kanto that offers specific blood tests only (iron panel, vitamin levels)

Hi everyone. I am looking for a clinic in the Kanto region that can do only specific blood tests. I do not want a full ningen dock or a full medical checkup package. I just want these exact tests:

Full Iron Panel (鉄パネル / 鉄検査)
• Serum iron（血清鉄）
• Ferritin（フェリチン）
• TIBC Total Iron Binding Capacity（総鉄結合能）
• UIBC Unsaturated Iron Binding Capacity（不飽和鉄結合能）
• Transferrin saturation（トランスフェリン飽和度）

Vitamin / Mineral Levels（ビタミン・ミネラル検査）
• Vitamin D（ビタミンD）
• Vitamin B12（ビタミンB12）
• Folate（葉酸）
• Zinc（亜鉛）

I live in the Kanto area, so anywhere around here would be great. The problem I am facing is that many clinics either only offer these tests as part of a full health check or they do not offer them at all unless there is a specific diagnosis already.

If anyone knows clinics, hospitals, or private labs where I can request these exact tests without needing to book a ningen dock, please let me know. English friendly is a bonus but not required.
