Update: Called the clinic and explained the situation. The doctor who prescribed the medication turned out to be a part time who only comes once week for half a day. Still the clinic cooperated and refunded without much issues.
Hi! Yesterday at the clinic I asked the doctor to recommend supplements and he prescribed Austrian supplements that the clinic sells. The supplements are not covered by health insurance.
Before prescription I clearly told him about my allergy to a common drug ingredient, and he said that he checked and it‘s all fine.
Upon returning home, I got curious and read about it online and realized that in fact it has the allergen.
What are my chances of settling this situation? I know they don’t want it back for safet/hygeine reasons but this is a clear malpractice.
