[MOVING] Uzumasa or Higashiyama/Gion?

Hello,

Me and my wife are moving to Kyoto, and we got down to two apartments, one in Uzumasa, close to Tenjingawa Station and other in Higashiyama, very close to Gion Yasaka.
The one in Gion costs a bit more, but is around 10 m2 bigger (35 vs 45).

We enjoy nature and strolling around. But we also like coffee/bakeries/shops and culture in general.
Connection to public transport is also important.

We know Uzumasa quite well and we are aware that is a very chill neighborhood, but on the other side, I only been to Gion as a tourist, and I am a bit worried about the crowds and that it might be a bit stressful for everyday life.

I appreciate some tips to choose the right option!
