Hello guys, I got this letter today and I don't really know what is going on. I am in (Osaka), and they cut my salary for pension every month. Yet, I got this letter. Can someone help me and explain what is this?
Bring your 給料明細 of the last 3 months and show them. My previous company ” paid ” my 雇用保険 every month also but turned out they didn’t for a year, took me 3 months to make them pay.
That’s basically an ultimatum saying that you must pay your pension, least you might lose your resident status.
If your company is supposed to deduct it from your salary, they either didn’t, or there has been some discrepancy with the system.
Either way, you must go to the address they gave you before the 19th of this month in order to straighten things up.
