My wife says that this is something most japanese people do, is it true?

I (26 m) have been having some concerns about my wife(26 f), with some of the things she has been saying. I made another post on a different subreddit explaining the entire thing, however im nit sure of that type of post is allowed here. Therefore, i wanted to ask a more fitting question, here. Just to preface, my wife is born and raised japanese and we both currently live together in japan.

1.Is it true that its normal for girls to never wear their engagement ring? Im not talking about just at work, but like even when going out with friends or traveling?

1. I was told its normal to go out all the time almost everyday, drinking with cowrokers on both weekdays and weekends. Is that really the norm?

2. Is it really that weird that her co-workers see us together outside of her work? Like i think they know she is married why is it wring for me to hokd her hand when i pick her up at work?

Im only asking these things, as i am still trying to get use to everything here in Japan and need to know if im overthinking. Is this stuff normal and this is perhaps a culture shock?
