Anyone else feel like they can’t express or share their failures in Japan or am I just insecure?

I failed my driving test today in Japan, 80% of people pass it while I did not.

Idk why but I feel so ashamed even though it’s fine to make a mistake or rejection.
Like “I should’ve passed it!!! What’s wrong with me” instead of “oh well maybe next time”

It feels like there’s this invisible expectation that you have to succeed under pressure

It feels like it’s shameful to make mistakes or failure in Japan. Idk thoughts?
