Unable to download the”official MyIIjmio app” to set up phone plan.

Has anyone had any luck downloading / finding the offiaxl IIjmio app? It dosent show up in the App Store and when I click the link it brings me to itunes but even then says it’s unable to open anything. Any help would be great!
