Looking for a place to settle for a family of 4 between Tokyo and Fujisawa.

As the title reads, where is a good affordable area to settle to commute to work (spouse: Fujisawa and me: Tokyo). We will need daycare for our toddler as well. Thus, any community with ‘a lot of’ daycares or families would be appreciated.
