Okinawa culinary specialty

I'll be staying in Okinawa in May during Golden Week and a little while after.

This is my first trip to Japan.

I'll be in:

And I'm looking for the best local spots (not necessarily fancy, small local restaurants are welcome) to try as many Okinawan specialties as possible.
