buying kei car without residency

I’m sure this topic has been discussed thoroughly and I am actively searching online through past posts.

I am “living” in Japan for the entirety of my allowed 90 days on an extended holiday then travelling for some time and coming back for another 90. I need a car to get to the ski hill every day and I have found the perfect car for me vs renting for many months which will be 5-6x as expensive as the car I’ve found. Even including taxes and insurance.

Any insight? realistically I would like to go pick it up tomorrow , but I did not realize you could not buy a car here without being a resident so I had not looked into it.
