Hi everyone, this might be a long shot, but does anyone know this bar based on this photo of the owner? Helping his family from abroad find him. The only clue I have is this photo of himself in his bar is located around the Shinsaibashi area. TIA

That’s Jeff. I’d recognise that distinctive black face anywhere. No idea who the Japanese chap is though.
His name is Uneda Ryoichi (畝田良一)
