Moving my Amp Repair Shop to Rural Japan

I'm looking into getting a business manager visa and joining my friends who have all move to Japan decades ago.

Long time US resident, and have lived in the house I built 60 years ago, but the property taxes have leapt into absurd levels and I can no longer afford them.

Have been trying to get into Japan since 2015. Visited in 2017. Spoke with the owner of an audiophile company in a similar line of work. We both concluded that I should change from repairs to building custom vacuum tube amps.

So now that is my focus. I have a friend in Ishikawa who's in a good position–large 3000 sf home on an acre of land surrounded by farms, sells tube preamps for reel to reel tapedecks for about a hundred grand a piece. Pays less than $400 equivalent in property taxes.

So I am trying send a message inquiring about a visa to the KPMG.com site, but their form keeps kicking back the message body as "invalid field value". I've even tried translating my text to Japanese, but it still rejects it. I'm beginning to think the form is just broken.

I wanted to ask them about this 6X increase in the initial investment money. It's taken me a decade to save up the 5m yen, and now they moved the goal post to 30m yen.
