How do I transfer money from my JP Bank cash card to my Wise account?

Hello everyone!

Long story short, my job created a bank account for me. The only card that comes with it is a cash card, which can only be used to withdraw money.

I have a bunch of expenses that need to be paid by card (staff cantine, hotels, rentals etc). Since I can't use my cash card for these expenses, I was wondering how it works if I wanted to transfer money from my bank account to my Wise account (set in Japan).

My employer is not really helpful in the process so any help or tip would be greatly appreciated!
