Need to move my menst date where or what can I get in Japan drug store?

I have a special occasion coming up, what is the Japan equivalent of the US Norethisterone pills where I could either expedite or delay my period?

Also I found some services online but consultations + the drug itself is about 5000¥ + and thats a bit too much for one time solution.

Im comparing back to my southeast asia market bc i could get contraceptive pills for abt 3$ and thats it.

Just wanted to know whether there’s a better option medically ?

Any other tips are welcome as well, I remember accidentally drinking coconut water before and it stopped my menst for awhile but the abdominal pain is insane back then and I don’t think I have access to coconut water for a 3-4 days consecutively especially in Japan.

FYI I am a resident here, I have JP zairyuu card to purchase medicine.
