Does anyone know a good pace to rent a car with cash in Tokyo? I was looking at Guts but they've cancelled my booking. I don't have a credit card currently, so looking to rent cash, which I've done easily enough in other parts of Japan.. but struggling more in Tokyo. Still on an international licence
