Hello, I am an exchange student residing right now in Japan. My univerisity reccomended me to contract LINEMO as my sim card company. However I have a problem with it.
I've been checking my messages and mailbox in case the autocharge feature of linemo didn't work, but yesterday I recieved a notification by SMS telling me that my credit card was unable to pay for the bills from October to December, and if I don't pay by this saturday my contract will be suspended. I don't know my password, and everytime I try to enter on my menu to pay the 4 digit code doesn't send me any SMS with the 6 digit number. I have neither recieved any billing or letter to my mailbox. How could I pay my bills? and in case I get suspended, how could I pay for my bills after that?
