I (41M) want to get insight on naturalization process,
I came to Japan in 2010 on Engineer visa, then 2015 i cancel my visa and claim my pension too, 6 moths later i moved back to Japan on Engineer visa and later got HSP in 2018, Got PR too in 2020.
In year Oct 2022 , i moved out of Japan in other Biz unit of my company and Oct. 2025 i resign from that and moved back to Japan and started working again here.
No property here, No Salary/Income in 2023&2024.
My overall Japanese is fine, speaking is good as i stayed in Inaka side for 4 years ( around N2 Level),
Traveling is my hobby and rode to all 47 prefecture on motorcycle,
Reason to get passport to easy access to world for traveling
Question-
– What is naturalization process, is that same 5 year continuous stay or i can say i am staying here almost 9+ year (break of 3 year) ?
Can immigration lawyer help me ?
