so I’m choosing japan or Finland. I got a job after finishing university in Japan. it pays like 200k yen a month. I live in rural areas but even so the pay is still low. and work/life balance will be poor.
on the other hand, Finland economy is harsh and I don’t think I can get a job for at least some time. im going there on family basis visa. I should get living support if policy doesn’t change there
my plan is to go to master and study Finnish and apply jobs ( media related studies or social work whatever has job demand )
Ultimately, I want to settle in the europe cus of better work life culture compared to traditional Japanese companies and better pay.
i think both countries have very good things and I have enjoyed japan very much but just not the work culture.
i am 25 and I still have plenty of energy to take on challenges but
I would still like to hear your thoughts.
