Hey! So I've been here for about 3 months for study, but I've never really had to make bank transfers.. that is until now.. and man yucho is so confusing!
I've just applied to the authentication app today, and when I went to transfer money (i only need to send 5k yen to another yucho acc) from the 通帳 app, I realized that i can't send anything cz my remittance limit is set to 0 yen!??
So i tried changing my limit in the website, but then there was an error, which is probably because it has not been 24h since I applied to the authentication app (or at least thats what my screen said)
THEN I went to the yucho ATM to try to send a remittance, and it literally said my card could not be used for the transaction. I'm so confused!! can anyone advice me on this T.T
Btw, idk if these details would help but I only have the yucho cash card and when I tried transferring, I used the english guidance option. Did this affect the process at all? I need to make this transfer to secure a spot for a trip so I would appreciate if anyone knows a quick fix for this!
