Hi all!
First time poster and applier here!
I'm not sure if this is supposed to happen, but when I redownload my uploaded documents from the JET application, they are not downloading as a PDFs. I am uploading them as PDFs and I'm just wondering if this is supposed to happen?
I just want to make sure my documents are accessible and I know that the application doesn't accept file types it's not supposed to, so please let me know if this is normal. 🙂
(I would attach and image to show what it looks like but I don't think I can? Here's a sorry description: Window's logo with a lock to the right and a black bar beneath the two symbols)
