Amazon delivered a package to our door and I think our neighbor cut the package.

Amazon delivered our package to our door and it was protein powder and medicine and looks like someone stabbed the package and ripped up the package on purpose… what can I do about this?

I am already getting a refund from Amazon but I am worried that a neighbor is out to get us…
