Hello everyone!
I need your help. I ate at an omakase in Japan in autumn 2023 and I can‘t remember what fish this was but it was the best thing i ever ate and i would like to order it at a standing sushi bar if possible in early 2026. i know that sushi changes during different seasons so i‘m not sure if I will be able to. Thank you all for your help!!
