Need advice on JCOM or other home WIFI like Doccomo 5G.

I’m choosing home internet for a building that does not support fiber cables, so fiber isn’t an option. My agent is recommending J:COM cable (TV line), but I’ve heard mixed to bad things about J:COM internet (slow uploads, congestion, and not great for gaming). The other option I’m considering is Docomo home 5G (or similar home 5G/WiMAX). I like to play games (MOBAs, FPS) and watch movies so I'm not sure what to go for. For those who’ve used either, is J:COM cable actually reliable, or is Docomo home 5G the better choice?

  1. I used jcom for three years was wonderful. I had pretty much exactly as advertised speeds with the 300Mb package plus excellent latency. With this I cluld easily stream content and play games.

  2. I’m on Biglobe 1gbps. No problems whatsoever, not once.

Before that, my wife had jcom and it sucked badly
