TLDR: New oem rubber roof moulding installed at a repair shop for my car but they bent it and don't want to take accountability.
They even told me it wasn't their fault literally a minute after they finished putting it. Refused to refund me or help me. It's a small thing but just sucks that companies can burn consumers here and most people don't do anything to fight back.
What are my options?
