As per title, I have a house in the countryside with an outside combi boiler. Even though I do 水抜 and drain the pipes and boiler, the circulator is regularly freezing and cracking (the circulator that is used to automatically heat up water for the bath). Which then requires an engineer to come and fix – costing money and time
Does anyone have experience with this and suggested remedies? The problem is occurring when I'm away from the house for a length of time during the winter – where temperatures can get down to minus 10 or lower.
