


Tried some new things at Kura Sushi today. The first picture shows teriyakii yellowtail nigiri. The second is sweet corn kakiage (like fritters). The third is Patagonia scallops maki. Not pictured are my usual favorites, seared scallop with Japanese mayo, and salmon Toro. Kura has updated their signs to say they offer chutoro instead of toro now.
