Bringing a disposable razor trough Tokyo airports?

I have a upcoming trip to Tokyo and I was wondering if I can take a disposable razor (handle attached and cover on the blade) in my carry on luggage on a international flight, I will be arriving in to Haneda and leaving from Narita
