Hi y'all, wishing you a great year ahead. I am writing to ask the classic question about Japanese company (lol). So, there is an opinion that goes "generally gaishikei offers better work-life balance, salary, and bla bla bla." But then, how about a "Global" Japanese company, i.e. Japanese company that has subsidiaries globally (like N******o, T****a, etc), in comparison to a real traditional Japanese company, i.e., the one that only focuses on business in Japan? (like J.R., for example). Please let me know your opinion. I really appreciate it. Thank you in advance
