I have been living in an apartment which has been rented under my Employer’s name wherein they pay a portion of my rent. Now I am planning to buy and register a car in my name and use the apartment’s parking lot which is relatively cheaper but the apartment management company said that the parking contract will also be in my Employer’s name. What is the procedure to obtain the Shako-shoumei which I would need to buy and register my car ?
