Arima Onsen’s public footbath, before the arrival of the day’s feet

I got up and hunted for early morning breakfast while I was in Arima Onsen in December, and happened across the public footbath here while the town was still totally deserted. When I passed back through around noon, it was completely jam-packed with people!
