Kyoto – what to miss? Need opinions, please

Hey everyone. I'll be travelling to Japan in second half of March and unfortunately I only have two days for Kyoto.
My original "wanna see list" is long and I'm affraid that I must cut some activities.
We bought tickets for Samurai experiance & Tea ceremony, 12pm-4pm on first day, and we plan on going to Teamlab Biovortex before we head to Osaka (second day, last activity before departure). Our hotel is near Nijo castle.

This is what I have on my list:

  • Kiyomizu dera temple

  • The ginkakuji silver pavillion and the philosopher's path

-Bamboo forest

  • Sannenzaka & Ninenzaka

  • Fushimi inari taisha shrine -> I think this one is MUST for us

  • Kodaiji temple

  • Nijo castle

  • Nishiki market

  • Kinkakuji -golden pavillion

  • Yasaka pagoda

  • Arashiama monkey forest

  • Ryoanji zen garden

  • Kifune shrine

  • Sangusangendo

  • Shõsei en garden

I know it's pretty ambicious so I need your honest opinions on what to miss. I tried with chatGPT but it got me nowhere really.
This trip is most likely once in a liftime opportunity for us so I really wanna take back with me as much memories as I can.
We are pretty fit and we don't mind having 20-30k steps a day.

I would appreciate your help very much.
TIA
