I moved to Japan a 3 months ago for culinary school which I have recently graduated from. I’m now looking to work in high level kitchens but I am not sure how to start the process of applying for jobs at high level restaurants.
I speak conversational Japanese and currently work at a sushi restaurant as a kitchen staff but they highly lack basic health standards and feels like a dead end job with little room for personal or professional growth.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
