I sent few parcels before leaving Japan to Germany via Jp post (surface mail) to my mother’s address in Germany as I did not have a permanent address. All of the parcel arrived in Germany but nothing was updated on both the tracking site. And finally after I called DHL it has already left Germany and in Japan now. I’m not sure what to do next. My mother did not receive any notification to collect it either. There’s no reachable number to call JP post from here. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
