Hello, I have a question for those who are married about getting a copy of their certificate of marriage from a connivence store (family mart, 7/11,etc).
I know using a my number card you can get some government documents, and save a trip to the city hall. However, after doing research, I’m afraid it’s unclear if I can actually get a copy of my marriage certificate that way.
To be clear, I’m not talking about the Koseki (although you can pick that up too?), but rather:
婚姻届受理証明書
I’m asking because the city hall we are registered our marriage at is a bit far away, and doing so would require taking time off from work.
