Learning Japanese in Tokyo – any school recommendations ?

I’ve been looking to finally learn Japanese properly. I speak enough to order my food and basic daily things. I have no structure and have had no official classes or structure. I work so evening classes would be my best bet. I checked my ward office and most of those classes are free but they’re not classes – it’s more of a practice conversation session.

I wanted a cheap way to learn either in person or online with structure. I looked at coto but they look expensive :/ any suggestions or experiences you’ve had?
