EDIT: I didn’t want to initiate a refund request since it wasn’t the fault of the vendor, but in the end I had to do that
So something that I bought got delivered yesterday, but I went down to my locker box and it’s not there.
They sent me a photo of delivery in a locker box, but it’s obviously not the same locker box that’s in my apartment building.
I can’t for the life of me find any way in the app to notify them. Anybody figure this out from a previous experience?
