J-Find visa work restrictions

I just got the J-Find and am looking for work. A potential employer asked me my 希望の雇用形態. I know the answer could be either パートタイム、アルバイト、正社員、or 契約社員, but I've never really understood the concrete distinction between these. I know パートタイム、アルバイト aren't full-time and usually imply a teenager's role at a fast food joint or something, while 正社員 implies more stability over a 契約社員 position.

My question is, am I limited to working under a specific title with the J-Find? And is one title more advantageous than the others? I'm applying for experienced bread baking positions, and I don't really care about how many shifts I start out with. Full time, part time – as long as I can pay rent.
