Which loyalty programs are you “hooked” on in Japan? (Anything goes: points / miles / member perks)

This is my second year living in Japan and I've tried so many different types point system and loyalty programs, I'm still building my habit of saving and using points, but I don't know which one I should stick with.

I’m curious what people in Japan actually keep using long-term, not just points but also miles, hotel memberships, store memberships, subscription memberships, etc. And what's special about it?
