With my schedule i am unable to meet and ask an official about this currently. I want to double confirm that the seal behind my residence card (dependant visa) that says 資格外活動許可（しかくがいかつどうきょか） allow me to earn money through small scale earning methods other than working part time. Such as, You tube, Streaming or free lancing work while recording and paying taxes under 28hrs per week. Can we do that? What are the other limitations?
