There's really no way to beat around the bush. The politics are unpredictable in Japan, the US, and the world in many potentially relevant areas. So I gotta ask, what are yall doing to pay off student loans if you have any?
I owe about 18k USD, which really isn't much in usd, but significantly more in Yen. I want to pay about 1k a month (thanks Jet for sending me to a dirt cheap rural place), but not sure if I should wait or pay asap. There is no minimum payment and I accrue about 2 dollars a day in interest.
I know nothing about economics, so I really just want to hear what people think. If even having this conversation is a waste of time because no one knows or has any idea, that would also be appreciated info. Again, I really don't know anything about economics. What are yall choosing to do if you have student loans?
