I tried to make an appointment for my annual physical at the place I have been using for the past decade. Thanks to the implementation of My Number card, they told me to download an app and call them back with my insurance information. I couldn’t understand everything they said. I wonder if anyone knows what app they want me to download and what information from this app they may want. Thanks in advance.
