House hunting along Tokyu Toyoko Line – which areas in Nakahara/Kohoku are flatter for cycling?

My partner and I are starting our house search and hoping to stay along the Tokyu Toyoko Line. We’ve narrowed our search to the Nakahara and Kohoku wards, but we’re hoping for recommendations on which area would be better for cycling.

We prioritize relatively flat terrain since we bike regularly. We’ve already checked out the areas around Shin-Yokohama and Kozukue stations, but unfortunately both were quite hilly with narrow roads, so those are off our list.

For those familiar with these wards, which neighborhoods would you recommend that are more bike-friendly (flatter, with better road infrastructure)? Any insights would be really appreciated!
