Itinerary for first time visit (two weeks at the end of May)

Can I get a review and some feedback on our itinerary please? This is our first trip to Japan. We’re visiting in the last two weeks of May, flying into Tokyo and out of Osaka (we’re also spending a few nights in Seoul before travelling to Japan).

We'll be bringing our young son. He loves trains so if anyone has tips about train-related activities or just interesting trains we can take to get around those would be appreciated.

Not sure how realistic everything is but we've tried to at least minimise travel time and will try and be prepared to skip things if energy runs low.

It still feels like maybe the Osaka portion is going to be a bit too much as it stands. Thinking about missing out on Hiroshima, which although a shame, might make it a bit more manageable?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
